How confident do you think you are? The first step in building confidence is to recognise the things you do that don’t promote confidence to those around you. Which of the following thoughts or actions do you recognise in yourself: –
Think about the different areas of your life e.g your career, relationships, finances and fitness and identify where you are lacking in confidence. For example – do you do the same workout in the gym every week because you don’t know how to use the rest of the equipment and are fearful of making a mistake? Get clear on where you are holding yourself back.
