This selection of coaching sessions takes you through a 'sample' of each of our packages, starting
with a vital values elicitation and realignment to set a strong grounding for the following four hours of coaching.
We will then spend the subsequent sessions focusing on motivation, goal setting, health & energy levels, drive & commitment,
confidence, and communication skills, with one remaining hour at the end of the program for you to use when you would like a

particular challenge you are currently facing. This session provides a fast track solution to refocus your mind and create the momentum you need. |

This two-hour session focuses on determining your values and whether they serve and support you. If you're not getting the results you want
in life a values elicitation and realignment will give you a powerful insight into what motivates you and how you can live a more congruent life.
