Each executive coaching session is structured with clear objectives ensuring that the coachees development is closely aligned with the organizations goals, bringing about tangible results, fast.
After an initial consultation to determine the key goals and objectives of the program, we typically meet every 2-3 weeks over a period of 6-12 months with email and phone support in-between to ensure progress and accountability.
In addition, there is a library of comprehensive worksheets and handouts to support learning and development, and the coachee will have a range of assignments to complete during their program to further strengthen the key concepts that are critical to their progress.
