How Does ‘Your Personal Career Coach’ Work?

Your coaching sessions are as unique as you are.  Everyone has different needs so we work with you to determine the best course of action to help you achieve your career goals.  As with any type of coaching, momentum is required to achieve success so we recommend that your career coaching sessions are no more than 14 days apart.

To cover all the required steps involved in a career change we recommend a minimum of 8 hourly coaching sessions, however you may require more depending on your needs and the pace at which you work (most clients book 8-12 sessions)

Your Options

You can choose between telephone coaching or face-to-face coaching, both of which are equally as effective:-

Telephone Coaching

Working with your Career Coach via the telephone is a convenient and time effective method that gives you access to the very best coaching available, regardless of where you live or work (we coach globally).  Each career coaching session is 60 minutes long, you will have assignments and goals to complete in-between sessions and each coaching appointment is supplemented with email support.

Face-To-Face Coaching

If you would prefer to work in person with ‘Your Personal Career Coach’ these sessions are held at our offices in Sydney (CBD).  Each session is 60 minutes long and is supplemented by email and phone support in-between coaching appointments.  The number of sessions required depends on your own personal needs.
